1. How do I submit my printing data to Quality Printing Service Inc.?

You can send us your data by e-mail at, on a CD, DVD or USB stick, or upload it to our FTP site: 


2. What data format should my data be in?

PDF format is ideal for printing. For photo prints we recommend the formats JPG, PSD, TIFF or EPS.


3. What resolution do I need for poster prints?

With posters or other large items we recommend a resolution of at least 300 or 600 dpi. In individual cases, a resolution of 200 dpi may suffice.


4. Can I review my data before it is printed?

As an extra convenience for our customers, we have multiple ways to view proofs of your printing jobs before they reach the press.

PDF via electronic email or uploaded to our FTP site, Digital laser proofs for page layout only, and for our Four color process customers we have a Hewett Packard large format printer that is closely color calibrated to our press using Heidelberg's award winning Prinect and Colorwise software.
